Judge Revokes Lay's Conviction - washingtonpost.com

Judge Revokes Lay's Conviction - washingtonpost.com

A good ole' boy houston judge, 1988 Reagan appointee (!) --goes out of his way to absolve an alleged dead man---Yes totally wipe his crimes from any record ! Hmmm.. this also makes going after his 44 million$ in a civil suit improbable.
YA see Kenny needs Linda to bring him that money down there in the Bahamas so he can keep playing dead.... what an outrage.

Samuel J. Buffone, a Washington-based lawyer for Lay, said the family was pleased with the ruling. "As far as we're concerned, this is the last step," Buffone said. "It's as if the indictment never occurred."

my fave snippet :

" So when you're wasting your time arguing the finer points of the collapse of Building 7 or the quagmire in Iraq with someone who seems unable to grasp basic principles, your foe could well be sat behind a plush U.S. government desk in a uniform. "

Foley on Clinton in'98 --"it's Vile"

By BILL ADAIR

© St. Petersburg Times, published September 12, 1998

WASHINGTON -- For more than a week, members of Congress said they would avoid
partisan politics when they got Kenneth Starr's report on President Clinton. But
when they finally saw it Friday, they split along party lines.

Republicans were aghast at Clinton's behavior, with many saying it showed he had
lied and abused his power.

"It's vile," said Rep. Mark Foley, R-West Palm Beach. "It's more sad than
anything else, to see someone with such potential throw it all down the drain
because of a sexual addiction."
